FAQ
What should I include when I email or text a question?
Please include the youth’s name, ward, and what you already tried (for example: “submitted the form on Tuesday”). It speeds things up a lot.
I submitted a form. How do I know it was received?
If you used an online form, you may receive a confirmation. If you submitted a PDF, follow the instructions on the Forms page. If you’re unsure, contact Jessica Crane (Registration and Forms).

My question is time-sensitive.
If it impacts a deadline, reference the deadline date in your message and contact the appropriate leader. For emergencies, call 911.
